Robert Moss Interview on Active Dreaming - part 4 of 4 (MP3)

CD of Barbara Schiffman's "Living in Balance" internet radio interview on DREAMS & IMAGINATION with dream expert-author Robert Moss

Join best-selling author and Active Dreaming expert ROBERT MOSS to find out how dreams, coincidences and imagination can take us to those places in our psyches and souls where we can find out "who we are meant to become."

Robert's life-long study of dreams encompasses every culture and historical period. The author of 6 books on dreaming plus dozens of articles, Robert also teaches Active Dreaming, his original approach to using our dreams to enhance, improve and balance our lives, in workshops all over the world as well as in a "virtual workshops" (sponsored by Spiritualty & Health Magazine).

In this lively and inspiring discussion, Robert touches on many facets of dreamwork, including some of the Dream Games he teaches in his workshops and writings, why he thinks Americans have not been "a dreaming culture" and how the connections between our waking and dreaming worlds speak to us through the energy of our dreams and their symbols as well as through coincidences in our everyday lives.

In this segment:

Robert talks about why he thinks coincidence is "where mind and matter meet." Through the play of coincidence in our lives we can become attuned to how other forces may be in play in our life. He plays a game to ask for guidance when needed by "asking" for a message from the Universe -- like a snatch of conversation or whathe feels seeing birds flying -- and using his senses to tune into "what the world is saying." Growing a vision of possibility for ourselves and others from our heart, not just our head, can become real in our bodies and our world.
